Product Information and Pricing

If product information, pricing, or availability contains an error, we may correct that error and cancel any order placed on the basis of the incorrect information, at no cost to you. For items with natural variability — such as handmade goods or products made from natural materials — minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product details and warnings are provided for reference only; gocartin Store cannot guarantee that products are free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Availability may differ depending on your delivery zone, pickup location, and chosen time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order depends on product availability and acceptance by gocartin Store. We may decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment is required before your order is dispatched or collected, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your delivery zone and time slot. All content on gocartin Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "gocartin Store" name and branding — belongs exclusively to gocartin Store and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any gocartin Store content without our explicit written consent. User Responsibilities

Governing Law

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of gocartin Store's services shall first be submitted to gocartin Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

gocartin Store may update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email to the address associated with your account, or via a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
